In March 2022, Melinda Kruse DiPerna from San Diego and I launched the Serving Seniors Real Estate Mastermind & Referral Network on Facebook. Since then, over 3,100 agents from across the US and Canada have joined.
It’s an agent-only network. Hundreds have participated in over 40 monthly masterminds on all topics seniors and real estate. We have a library of senior success spotlights of agents who are successful serving seniors in a wide variety of ways! Agents can post questions and start discussions at any time.
Referrals among senior serving agents require an extra level of vetting. We keep a directory of agents who give permission for us to post their information to be a referral resource for seniors moving across the US and Canada. It’s the best place to start a referral review!

A Little Bit About Me
Cathi’s work is about creating connected relationships and building partnerships to help people, especially seniors, to successfully navigate one of life’s biggest transitions, the sale or purchase of real estate.
Cathi’s experiences building a successful seniors-focused real estate business inspired her to begin training and coaching agents across the U.S. and Canada who also want to serve seniors at levels of “excellence & empathy”. Now that she is no longer in production, her full focus is on coaching and training!
Cathi focuses on the quality of the senior client experience. As a StoryBrand Certified Coach, she helps agents refine and clarify their messaging so they connect with their clients and referral partners with the right words in the right places.
Through her training and coaching programs, Cathi:

The Can Do Chronicles I am a strong believer in the power of stories because they open us up to understanding life, its mystery and its lessons more dynamically. The Can Do Chronicles recounts my changed heart and life following a series of challenging life events that include my husband’s job loss, a long distance move, a hip replacement and six months of chemo. Through the struggle, I discovered grace, gratitude and hope enough that I wanted to share in this book. Most of these events happened over 10 years ago, yet the my Can Do attitude has endured through today.
Writing this book required me to own CAN DO fully, deeply and without hesitation. I believe that I am called to share my story. My hope is that people who read my story and learn about how I was able to knock that well-worn chip off my shoulder will make a connection and find inspiration to focus their lives on what they CAN DO. I want as many people as possible to discover the energy, joy and hope that an attitude of gratitude can bring in a world that is filled with struggles, fears and way too much CAN’T DO!
